Cool waters

This particular map is from a 1960s Travelogue folding map. I haven't found many vintage maps with the Central Coast that had appropriate line and colour, but this one was a bit different and gave me a bit of scope. I can almost see my street! Where possible, map continues around edges, otherwise side is painted white. Lightly sprayed with varnish for protection.

Artist Statement
After painting as a full time artist for the past 15 years, I've decided to just leave some previous works available here as prints only. No originals. It is unfortunately no longer financially viable to try and sell original work on this site when my returns after two recent increases in commission from BT, increases in shipping, material costs etc mean my actual proceeds from a sale are quite small. Thanks to my collectors and followers these past years. I wish you all the very best.
