Artwork Description

I loved this composition idea and tried it in browns and sepia. But first kisses shouldn't be brown should they? They should be pure and spark colour! So I've reimagined the whole thing and I'm much happier. Edges painted white. Wire on back, ready to hang. I'm working on a few magical realism ideas this year with an Australian bent as well as finishing my map series, so follow me here if that interests you. Thanks.

Artist Statement
After painting as a full time artist for the past 15 years, I've decided to just leave some previous works available here as prints only. No originals. It is unfortunately no longer financially viable to try and sell original work on this site when my returns after two recent increases in commission from BT, increases in shipping, material costs etc mean my actual proceeds from a sale are quite small. Thanks to my collectors and followers these past years. I wish you all the very best.
