Melbourne City Girl

I've painted over literally dozens of maps of Melbourne and surrounds but I'd never seen this particular one. Edges painted white, lightly varnished for protection. Some rather large vintage maps coming up soon so follow this page if you're interested. Once I go through my stash of maps this year, I won't be doing more in this particular line.

Artist Statement
After painting as a full time artist for the past 15 years, I've decided to just leave some previous works available here as prints only. No originals. It is unfortunately no longer financially viable to try and sell original work on this site when my returns after two recent increases in commission from BT, increases in shipping, material costs etc mean my actual proceeds from a sale are quite small. Thanks to my collectors and followers these past years. I wish you all the very best.
