Run and Catch

I love painting my neighbourhood- there are always interesting ideas for figurative paintings. I'm moving into quality thin edged canvases for a while. I'm continuing the painting around the sides, lightly varnished, but if you want something wider edged, Bluethumb offers a timber framing service that would set this work off beautifully. Keep an eye on my upcoming work where I explore putting multi canvases together to create depth.

Artist Statement
After painting as a full time artist for the past 15 years, I've decided to just leave some previous works available here as prints only. No originals. It is unfortunately no longer financially viable to try and sell original work on this site when my returns after two recent increases in commission from BT, increases in shipping, material costs etc mean my actual proceeds from a sale are quite small. Thanks to my collectors and followers these past years. I wish you all the very best.
