Artwork Description

Several years ago I was involved in a large exhibition called 'Rewritten' based on the theme of books going from paper to e reader. It changed the direction of my work and I still occasionally paint over similar ephemera. Do you remember reading under the covers when you were supposed to be asleep? I do!

Artist Statement
After painting as a full time artist for the past 15 years, I've decided to just leave some previous works available here as prints only. No originals. It is unfortunately no longer financially viable to try and sell original work on this site when my returns after two recent increases in commission from BT, increases in shipping, material costs etc mean my actual proceeds from a sale are quite small. Thanks to my collectors and followers these past years. I wish you all the very best.
