I love doing abstract art because it is a very powerful language of expression. It breaks the rules of what art is thought to be. I find it compelling. It is the freedom of expression-no rules. It gives you the freedom to explore the artwork and assign your own meaning to it. I get to create something that cannot be represented by the physical world. I get to express myself and create something beautiful.
As an abstract artist, I strive to elicit emotional reactions from viewers through the use of colors, lines, and shapes which don't necessarily reflect any specific objects from reality.
