'Momentum' is a large 102 x 102cm, original painting from my new series 'Momentum'. This series explores the element of contrast, primarily between spontaneous and deliberate brush techniques as well as contrast in relation to tone and space, which includes the negative white space surrounding the circle. This series is an extension of my 'Completeness of Imperfection' series with the addition of colour.

Momentum has an earthy textured base. The sides are 3.8cm and are painted white so it's ready to hang. All paintings are finished in 2 layers of satin varnish.
