Painted en plein air (on site) where East Beach in Westport, MA meets Little Beach at Mass Audubon Allens Pond Wildlife Sanctuary in Dartmouth, MA. You can see a bit of the pond in the upper right corner. Always thinking of van Gogh when I go out plein air painting - not to copy but to gain inspiration.
