Artist Bio
Sveta Osborne has a passion for texture, color, movement, and design that are conveyed in her paintings. When her paintings make her collectors happy, it is one of her greatest joys.
Sveta lives and works in Cape Coral, Florida, USA, close to tropical islands and Gulf Coast beaches. The vibrancy of the colors of the waters and sea life form an endless source of inspiration for her work. Those coastal influences incorporate images of tropical leaves, seashells, and coral.
Born and raised in Belarus, she studied at the College of Fashion Design in Minsk. As a result of her lifetime of study around the world, she developed her own unique style.
Painting for her is an intuitive process, a direct expression of her own subject interpretation. Her paintings create mood, atmosphere, and vibration of energy overflow. Her works are bold, with expressive brush strokes and thick textured layers, that you just want to reach out and touch. Those coastal influences evolve into sculptures on canvas.
She regularly exhibits her work in online galleries worldwide and in prestigious art shows throughout South Florida. Her paintings can be found in more than 300 private collections around the world.
