This work was inspired by the plant in my backyard. Caught at the short interval when the lifespan of the bloom is shown from bud to full bloom and then fading away. The dark green background contrasts sharply with the bright showy orange plumage of the flower in full bloom . It calls out " here I am, aren't I beautiful".
