Artwork Description

"Where the Rainbow Ends" strikingly explores the interplay of light and darkness. The composition features gum trees in the midground with their dark and imposing shadows stretching across the foreground, beyond this shaded landscape rises a large, brightly coloured rainbow mountain, contrasting vividly. This piece captures the essence of its title, reminding us that even at the end of the rainbow, a symbol traditionally associated with hope and fulfilment, shadows and challenges persist. This contrast reflects the enduring duality of light and darkness in the natural world.
