This piece was influenced the pearling industry here in Broome WA, the tree signifies the bevel or setting the pearl is cased in and the moon the pearl.
Also the tree sits on the east side of Broome at Town beach a well known tourist attraction for the staircase to the moon where the moon rises at sunset and with the outgoing tide creating a staircase effect on the shallow shores.

Artist Bio
Hi, having a creative mind but not too good with the paint or brush can be quite frustrating so I came up with a idea of "painting with my photos" .
Once again like so many stories over covid I thought lets make the most of a situation.
So using the time I had I opened photoshop for the first time almost two years ago and started playing around with the tools in PS and with youtube as my university I slowly started creating what I envisioned.
Spending most of my time travelling up and down the WA coast from Bridgetown to Broome every season of every year I took many photos along the way and started adding them to my composites creating surreal outback WA feel.
