Painting our beautiful coast makes me feel so relaxed and happy. I love painting the different shades of blue from shallow to the deep waters, in contrast to the peachy white of the sand that surrounds it. So peaceful and beautiful.

I love to paint the blues of the beach and the blushing pink of the sand. The contrasting colours is so beautiful and mesmerising when you’re walking along the coast. I love to capture the feeling it leaves me with on canvas, hope you love this piece and find a special place in your home for it.

Summer is coming, dreaming of those beautiful white Sandy beaches and the green blue coastal waters. For fun I’ve painted in some orange umbrellas,( I love orange and blue combination), to give some interest. I have used my pallet knife to create beautiful textures. These colours are Summer.

Here I have enjoyed creating the beautiful green waters along the west coast of Australia, in comparison to the almost orange sands, a simplistic painting. I have given the impression of movement below the waters by adding a deep blue in the corner of the canvas, reminding me of the beautiful creatures that swim in our waters.
