This botanical still life artwork was inspired by Australian native flowers taken home after a friend's wedding. It was painted as part of the 'Quiet Moments' collection - a series of paintings which focused on flower studies painted within small pockets of quiet moments after I returned from maternity leave.

"The unusual green colour of the banksia and triangular-shaped leaves are so quirky and fun. I loved painting the lush and juicy colours of the banksia before the colours faded."
