You know that feeling of curling up in a Chesterfield sofa? A cosy nook of luxury and warmth that forms to your body? Well, this pocket of nurturing forest, and those rich tones of leather and mocha reminded me of just that.
That’s why I call my artworks ‘cosy wild places’; because to me they feel like coming home. The forest floor is the ancestral home for we Homo sapiens, bringing the soul-memory of 300,000 years of thriving there, right? We’ve always been connected, it’s remembering.
This piece comes to you as a roll of painted canvas fabric (high quality linen, actually) in a mailing tube. This saves metres of plastic bubblewrap, and makes delivery far easier to handle for you. Any framer can easily prepare it for hanging, by attaching to a backing frame then adding the decorative outer frame of your choice. See my website for more information or ask me about framing.
Size given here is final image size. There is extra margin of fabric for framing. The price is lower on my 'unstretched' paintings to accommodate the extra step.
