It is from a new series called ARRANGEMENT where I focus of painting contemporary Still Life’s in an extra large format. “ARRANGEMENT IN MAROON is painted in maroon Venetian Red and Pinks with other highlights highlight colours. I enjoy the process of using and mixing colours to create a large vibrant painting with layers of underpainting with contrasting flat areas.
