Travelling

Travelling is a large abstract artwork which has a “road” section at the top and comes down through a city to open cornfields at the bottom, it shows the ever changing countryside and the busy lights of a city. Unusual and interesting this painting will add some drama to your home.
This can be hung any way you prefer just let us know for stringing purposes. The second painting in this series is now finished and will be uploaded to bluethumb shortly.

Wendy Sherwell has always loved art and started painting seriously about 20 years ago and has made a concerted effort to hone her skills. She loves painting bright colourful abstract art and her main inspiration came originally from the Blue Rider Group and the fauvism painters. Wendy is now branching out into abstracted landscape paintings and experimenting with large palette knives to create emotive individual original paintings. She is a very eclectic artist and is inspired by many things in the natural world. From time to time you will see some surrealistic art and there is a wide variety of styles in her portfolio. Experimentation with artistic ideas is what keeps her art alive and energetic!
