Woman With Parasol Visits a Trattoria

This painting is the second in a three part series of a woman travelling around Italy, taking in the sights, and staying under her trusty parasol. She is in Rome in this painting visiting a local trattoria. The sun is shining creating brilliant patches of sunlight and deep shadows. There is a lot of detail in this one.

Wendy Sherwell has always loved art and started painting seriously about 20 years ago and has made a concerted effort to hone her skills.
