Song of the Nature (triptych)

"Song of the Nature" holds a special place in my heart as it was the first painting I created after moving to Sydney, Australia. The vibrant colors of this beautiful place, the flora and fauna, the scent of the beach, captivated me from the moment I arrived. I poured those vivid feelings into this triptych, hoping to capture the essence of my new surroundings.

Each of the three paintings can stand alone, reflecting different aspects of the nature that inspired me, but together, they tell the full story of my connection to Sydney.

I am a Sydney-based artist originally from Sabah, Borneo. My creative journey has been shaped by a lifelong curiosity for beauty, culture, and the stories found in everyday moments. Before dedicating myself to painting, I spent many years travelling internationally as a fashion model, an experience that refined my sensitivity to colour, composition, light, and form.
Working primarily with oils and acrylics, I create semi-abstract works that explore memory, nature, and emotion. Rather than capturing subjects literally, I seek to express their atmosphere.
