Embracing Colours in Nature

is my newest collection still loving to depict my landscapes, only with a lot of bursts of vibrant colours in an abstract kind of way.
This series seems to complete me as it combines perfectly my love of the natural landscapes as well as my love of colours. As yet, the majority have been created using artist quality Acrylics, as once varnished the colours seem to pop even more.

Love Always is showcasing a cluster of orange blooms in different stages, with stems and leaves on an abstract background of blues and turquoise hues interspersed with white lines and splashes adding energy to the painting. With the colour combination of vibrant orange against a backdrop of blues giving it a dynamic composition.

Floral Expressions Coral Pink and Red is a cheerful painting of two different types of flowers in full bloom, some larger in light shades of soft coral/ apricot, reminiscent of daisies as are the smaller ones in vibrant reds, painted in an expressive style, all set against a backdrop of lush green foliage.

A summer delight when our native Grevillea shrub is covered with lots of dainty spider flowers along it's many branchlets and some very colourful Rainbow Lorikeets feeding on the nectar and chatting loudly as they are feeding.
