Having used this colour scheme for another work, I fell in love with it and decided to use it in another abstracted simplified landscape, I was inspired to further explore the colours in a new manner and style on a large canvas with soft blends and stark black trees.
The natural landscape is my inspiration and sometimes I take it back to essentials to create a stunning scene. I hope you enjoy this one with its warmth and interest. The blended colours and light seem to shimmer with warmth and vitality. This is a happy piece that I hope you will enjoy.

Deep shadows in the afternoon across the Lily pond with reflections of the grasses and stalks of plants surrounding it.
