"Bulahdelah Wetlands" by Anica Amphlett is an original watercolour painting.
Travelling in our motorhome really fires me up, as I know I 'll be seeing so many beautiful different places. Our trip took us through Bulahdelah, a gorgeous little township on the Mid North Coast of NSW. Our camping spot bestowed a splendid vista to the west of the township, that just had to be painted. It shows the Myall River wetlands with the distant mountain range, fields, trees, vegetation and local resident Spoonbills.
Mission: I strive to express emotion in my artwork and hope it resonates with you too. I hope that it evokes a positive feeling of joyful peace and that it brightens up a special spot in your home. My style is a combination of looseness and detail, allowing watercolour to do its magic and then adding some detail bringing the subject to life.
