Another fun , vibrant piece with hints of bold and subtle hues. A landscape filled with a tree in orange and a dam for sheep to gather. I grew up with sheep and farming and only introduced this wonderful subject matter to my practice in recent years. I had such a fabulous response to my first pieces that I have continued to create works with my quirky, abstract sheep as the prominent subject matter. I am always out photographing and sketching livestock and the landscape, with hundreds of preliminary A4 sketches to use as a reference for future works. This piece is more complex than some of my other more simplistic works, however, I thoroughly enjoy creating anything with this fabulous, oddly defined creature. This piece sits beautifully with other works on this page. You may prefer a single work or two complimentary pieces to fill your space. You can also utilise Bluethumb’s framing service. Enjoy.

These stretcher frames are warp-resistant. A canvas has been hand-stretched over the frame and the sides of this painting are black. The painting is made using small brushstrokes and the texture of the paint and brush marks are visible on the surface of the canvas.

As humans, we encounter anxiety in the face of something 'indefinite' or 'uncertain'. This work reflects the anxieties that surrounds the human condition, one's self, and one's relation to the world. Humans have a need to create meaning from their lives, and the absurdity of the world and their own existence leaves them in a state of despair and anxiety. These ideas are investigated in this work through dark yet comical renderings.

Lux Artem is an ongoing project combining landscapes and lightpainting to see the world through different eyes. The glyphs are to complement the landscape not overwhelm it.

We are overwhelmed everyday by beautiful images of the familiar. I imagine these scenes transformed into undiscovered landscapes which renew our perceptions of our world.

This artwork took hours to complete with its vibrant colours it looks at the landscape around the area it is finished off with a high satin gloss to protect the work It has painted sides and comes with a certificate of authenticity I also cover the backside of the canvas with paper so the certificate is adhered too along with it has stretched a wire across the back of the work so it can be hung immediately "My Country My People 2" It's a close-up of an Aboriginal Australian painting, in the style of pointillism. The painting is made up of thousands of tiny dots, in a variety of colors. The dots come together to create an image of a landscape, with trees, hills, and a winding river.

Patttaya Fish Market.
I am working on a new series of Fish Markets, but not those huge, soulless and cold buildings.
Fisk Markets where people are coming together, by the beach or near the beach, where the catch is fresh, where fish is work, daily. Where fish is smelly and men and women are making a living with a direct contact with Nature.
This piece is particularly colourfull and bright.
Is a statement.
Neon signs, wires, people, confusion.
If you have been there you know what I mean, if you havent, you can probably imagine it.
Local fish is the primary source of this life, sold on stalls or restaurants, cooked on the street, caught not far.
